Hearing reveals sum in McKinney chiropractor’s case

Collin County prosecutors wanted his bail lifted to $200,000. After listening to testimony State district Judge John Roach Jr. lifted it to $100,000.
During a conference a McKinney military investigator testified that Russell’s abuse started in 1995 and enclosed 18 victims total. But a government of reduction has run out on 14 cases, so Russell usually faces charges on 4 counts.
